One-month nose review

I’m the person who wrote a post about 10 days after surgery saying my nasal tip looked too high and upturned, and now that about 30 days have passed, I’m posting progress photos lol I was really stressed because it looked so much like an upturned nose and the nasal tip was pointy, so I hope this helps even a little for people with the same concernㅜ

Red circle: progress photo Question mark: photo edited in an app to the height I wish it would lower to

I only had the nasal tip done, without an implant. Alar reduction + a support strut made with septal cartilage to tie the alar cartilages together + they said they raised it very slightly with ear cartilage. I told them I had said I didn’t want ear cartilage put in because I don’t like a high nose, and they did say they raised it only a tiny bit... but since I wanted a straight nose that drops naturally from the bridge, it feels high to me.

For about the first 2 weeks, the nasal tip was extremely lifted, so my nostrils showed and all that. I had surgery on February 3, and I wrote the dates on each photo. From week 3, I can see it coming down little by little. Today is exactly day 30, and it has come down a lot, but it still feels like an upturned nose, and I still think the nasal tip is too high. But originally I had a slightly arrow-shaped nose + bulbous nose, so I think it will come down more, and I’ve decided to wait slowly until 3 months. Now that it’s been over a month, early correction isn’t possible, and they say revision surgery can only be done after at least 6 months, so I’m just trying to empty my mind... They said removing the cartilage isn’t difficult, so I’m thinking that if it’s still high after 3 months, I can ask them to remove it then.

For those who have had surgery, will the nasal tip come down more from here? In the photo with the question mark, the left side is my nose now, and the right side is the nose I lowered in an app to the height I want. Will it come down as far as the right side after three months...?
