The director explained everything kindly and well, which was good. But the manager was really terrible. When I said I had had my nose done, she said, 'No, what was your old nose like... the director would probably have something to say if he saw it...' Is that really something a consultation manager should say? I felt offended, so I made a reservation somewhere else.
