It's a hospital that doesn't push ads, so I trusted it and went in for a consultation. The doctor seems to prefer a flashy style and operate according to that. If you definitely want to correct a wide nose, I recommend it. However, if you want something flashy, I think you should look elsewhere or make it very clear to the doctor.
