Without knowing much, 10 years ago, I followed a friend and had rhinoplasty at a hospital whose name comes up a lot, using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but it turned out too high and too long, and it didn’t match my original image, so after a lot of 고민,
I ended up having revision surgery 4 years ago.. Because I wanted to return to my original image, they did not harvest any more cartilage, and I had it done with added surgery for deviated septum and rhinitis, but right after the nose surgery, bloody pus came out from inside my nose.. In the end, a septal perforation formed in that area, and maybe the septum also became weak, it collapsed, and I developed a saddle nose, uneven nostrils, etc.. It got worse
I’m looking into surgery for the perforation, and they say it’s an even more difficult surgery than surgery for a contracted nose… I really wanted to tell you to look into it very carefully before doing it ㅜㅜ Both my primary surgery and revision were at hospitals that are recommended a lot here
