I went to consultations at several places, and they all said that for my thick-skinned bulbous nose, they had to shave down the hump and definitely use ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and costal cartilage, so the cost was that much higher. At the place where I had surgery, both during the consultation and before the surgery, they said, “The bulbous nose will improve compared with now, but because the nasal skin is thick, it won’t become slim like a celebrity’s,” so I took that into account and had the surgery. I wanted it to be as glamorous as possible, so I asked them to make it glamorous, and the director explained about inflammation and silicone, what method would be used for the surgery, why these materials would be inserted...
