They analyzed my current face and recommended a shape that would suit me. They said I wouldn't be able to raise the height much anyway, and suggested lowering the nasal tip just slightly. They didn't take separate photos and consulted by looking at my face directly. They showed me surgical cases, but I couldn't see much difference with my eyes. They weren't unfriendly, but they looked very tired, so it felt like they had already decided on the answer, and it was hard to bring things up. I do think they would do it safely, but the aesthetic aspect doesn't seem to match mine, and I felt communication probably wouldn't go well.
