After surgery for a small nose, pinched nose, and lowering the nostril rims, my nostrils are visible, uneven, and the scar tissue is severe, so I’m looking into revision surgery.. At two places, they told me not to touch it anymore They say autologous rib cartilage can be difficult to use if calcification has progressed This will be my last time, so I’m really worried
