Nose Surgery Reviews

Revision rhinoplasty is possible without implants?? I got a Karina-like nose lol

Before<surgery before>Before<surgery before>After<surgery after>After<surgery after>After<surgery after>I had my first surgery 10 years ago, but as time passed, my nasal tip gradually sank, and my nasal alae and nostrils were asymmetric On top of that, my nose shape looked so awkward when I smiled or talked, so I was really worried... So in the end I decided I needed revision surgery and worked hard going around for consultations, and since it was a revision surgery, I really worried a lot about whether it would be okay to use silicone and whether it was absolutely necessary, you know? Silicone has risks of inflammation and side effects So I wanted to do it without implants as much as possible. I really think I went to a lot of consultations in my own way But at other places, they would only say things like it was possible without implants, but compared with that, ~~ and they didn’t explain properly, so I couldn’t even understand what they meant So I was hesitating, thinking maybe I had to use silicone.

The last place I went for a consultation was Finish! Director Park Gui-yong listened to all my opinions, and said the line I wanted was fully possible even without implants I think that made my trust gradually grow even more Especially, every time I looked in the mirror, I kept thinking that if the nasal bridge got higher from here, my face might look longer, so that was also why I hesitated even more about using silicone But Director Park pinpointed exactly that part and said it would be better to do it without implants rather than with silicone, so I think I was able to trust him more and go ahead with the surgery

It was my revision surgery after 10 years, you know..? So honestly, I did feel anxious, but you know that feeling that you shouldn’t put it off any longer. So I visited a lot of doctors said to be famous for revision rhinoplasty, and I’m so happy that this seems to have been such a satisfying choice It’s now about 2 months since surgery, and isn’t it so fascinating that the line can come out this well even without implants? All the discomfort I had after the first surgery is gone too, so it’s really, really comfortable.. I should’ve done it sooner...

This review is a surgical review pursuing a natural-but-pretty look.
