They recommended nasal bridge / nasal tip septal extension / alar reduction. It was nice that there was an anesthesiologist. The doctor was neither particularly kind nor unkind, and just told me exactly the surgical areas and materials that they thought were needed. But the surgical method they mentioned was different from what other hospitals said (the other two places recommended the columellar strut method), and other places said to project the nasal tip a bit more (the other two places), but here they said my nasal height is already high compared to the bridge, so leave this as is and instead recommended alar reduction. Since the aesthetic standards were different and the price became very expensive, I wondered whether it was the right diagnosis. But the consultation manager was professional, explained well the parts I was worried about, and showed me surgery review cases, where the before-and-after difference looked clear.
