After <This was 2 weeks after doing it!!> After <This is now, 2 years after doing it> Before <The scars have all disappeared too> I had double eyelid surgery 2 years ago. I had a lot of eyelid skin, so I got a full incision, and I went to the clinic where my mom's friend's daughter had hers done. So I didn't separately shop around at clinics; I just went there, got a consultation, and ended up doing it right away. It didn't really feel friendly, but still, they were extremely meticulous, and rather than mainly asking for my opinion, the director personally explained, without making it excessive, that doing exactly this much would probably look pretty, so I decided to go with that. The surgery went well like that, and I had it under local anesthesia. I didn't really have bruising, but the swelling honestly seemed to keep going down for a full year. And what was really amazing is that there are no scars at all!!!!!! It's so natural that people around me didn't even know I had it done. First of all, I'm so so so satisfied that there are no scars. When everyone goes for consultations, I think a clinic where the doctor offers some opinions themselves is better than a doctor who only asks for your opinion. That means they have that much experience, right? And never be swayed by friendliness. Just being skilled is the best.
