The lower eyelid fat repositioning was definitely successful. The bulging fat got tucked in, so I no longer look like I have dark circles, which makes me happy, but after the canthoplasty there was a D-shape and exposed red tissue, which became stressful. I do recommend lower eyelid fat repositioning.
