I came after seeing an acquaintance's successful primary rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage by Director Kim Hyeon-ju at [Clinic A], through their recommendation. Since this was my third revision rhinoplasty, I agonized over it for a long time before finally choosing [Clinic A]. It has not even been a month since the revision, but I am already extremely satisfied. Their surgical approach to rhinoplasty itself is different, and they seem to be meticulous in every respect. The revision turned out well in the direction I wanted, and I am very excited because I think the shape will become even prettier once the swelling goes down! The plan included autologous costal cartilage, an InnoFit 3D custom silicone implant, alar reduction with columella lowering, and septal reconstruction. [sic]
