It was my first surgery ever, so I researched extensively before choosing [Clinic A], without needing to visit many places or ask around extensively, because they did not aggressively recommend unnecessary procedures. Since I had a bulbous-nose surgery, other hospitals often talked about osteotomy, but I was afraid and did not want to touch the bone because I thought it might cause side effects. [Clinic A] told me that mine was the type where fat accumulates in the nose rather than a bone issue, and they were right...! My nose got bigger when I gained weight... haha. Even though it was not such a large hospital at the time, I decided after the director's detailed consultation. I had to have my stitches removed during a holiday for personal reasons, and the director came in to see me even though it was a day off! Their sense of responsibility is incredible. It has now been 7 years, and I am very satisfied. I think the most important things are side effects and how the shape progresses. I have had absolutely no side effects and simply do not feel any discomfort! It feels natural even when I touch it! My ideal was a natural look, so I had it done naturally, and it really became a naturally pretty nose, as if it had always been that way!
