From the front I had a bulbous nose, and from the side a hump... It was a total disaster. I had Hiko, but as time passed it only spread out and did not look good, so I eventually decided on rhinoplasty T_T. Since Tiana is a private clinic specializing in noses, I went with high expectations. As expected, they examined my nose extremely well haha. They were kind and professional, so I immediately trusted them. I wanted a natural line that was not excessive and blended with my features, and they clearly understood my needs haha. They also looked carefully at the nasolabial angle, so I saw a big improvement in my protruding mouth lol. My side profile had been rather flat, but after gaining dimension it feels more sophisticated. I like that my overall facial image has become much slimmer. The nose is the center of the face, so it is amazing that changing just this made such a difference~ I am very happy these days because it seems to have turned out just as I wanted lol. The incision scar is barely visible, and their surgical technique seems really good. They said my bulbous nose and hump made it an extremely difficult case, so I am relieved they fixed it in one go. If you have a similar case, please at least get a consultation!!
