Before my rhinoplasty, I struggled greatly with blood clots, and not only was the price high, but the surgery also took much longer than expected. They told me I was an unusual case, which made me very anxious. During the procedure, while I was not under anesthesia, they inserted a hard hemostatic cotton pack into my nose and poured saline in. After enduring it for about 20 minutes, I became so distressed that I cried and begged them to remove it, almost like having a seizure. After surgery, my nose was higher, but the tip I had expected actually dropped. Scar tissue and scars also developed, making my nose look crooked, so I am dissatisfied. However, the clinic kept saying only positive things, such as how beautiful my nose had become, which made me feel even more frustrated. Personally, I was dissatisfied overall, from the surgical process through the result, and if I had to choose again, I would deliberate very carefully.
