About 7 years ago, I had surgery without implants at a clinic. I had a bulbous nose, a hump nose, and a face where, proportionally, my nose was the longest feature. What I wanted was for my nose to become smaller, as feminine and natural-looking as possible. I had consultations at clinics with various styles, and in the end, I had surgery with a director who said we should not put in any implant at all. The price was the most expensive, but because my nose was long and large even then, the part where he said I should not put in any kind of implant matched what I was thinking.
This clinic is one that even does skin excision(?) when repeated bulbous nose surgeries do not work, but since this was my first surgery, he said that was not necessary and that we should first do basic cartilage repositioning, and that is how we proceeded.
For the hump, other places recommended shaving it down, osteotomy, laying a thin layer of silicone, or recommended everything except silicone,
but here they said to only shave it down, and for the nasal tip cartilage, they said to reposition the existing cartilage to make the nasal tip line. They also said that if the nasal bridge became narrower through osteotomy, the nasal tip would look proportionally fatter, so it would be better to reduce only the nasal tip width.
For my face, I absolutely did not want anything artificial, and rather than a perfectly sculpted face, I pursue naturalness even if there are slight imperfections, so I had surgery at this clinic.
As for the surgical result, when I am just walking around in everyday life, a few people shyly come up and ask where I had my nose done.
During surgery, my nose was crooked, so they corrected it, but as time passed it did become crooked again. But people around me who had nose surgery all seem to have some degree of crookedness.. so I’m just going to live with it ~~
I highly recommend it for people who want a pretty nose that looks natural, not a perfectly sculpted-looking nose.
It is truly on a completely different level from a nose with silicone in it. It is really natural. I am very satisfied,
and about 2 years after surgery? My columella drooped, so I visited the clinic, and they took responsibility and cared for me until the end.
It was too long ago, so I do not remember the price, and this place has fixed pricing. There are no discounts.
