Autologous costal cartilage isn’t scary

Hehehehehe, before the surgery, my face was on the long side, but my nose looked relatively short, so I felt like my facial balance wasn’t quite right. And what I hated most was that my nasal tip looked droopy. The nose I wanted was not a sharp nasal tip. I told the doctor I wanted a slightly semi-upturned line so my face wouldn’t look long, and since lifting it into a semi-upturned shape meant my septal cartilage and ear cartilage weren’t enough, we used autologous costal cartilage, and silicone for the nasal bridge. I heard that the clinic was good at using costal cartilage and good at glamorous noses, so after a consultation I had surgery with Director Yoon Jung-won. It already feels like about three months have passed. When I first had the surgery, time felt like it wasn’t moving, and every day was worry, worry, worry, but I think the swelling in my nose is still going down even now haha. I’d think, “It looks pretty good today,” take a selfie, and then a week later I’d look back and realize that was swelling too.. The scar from harvesting autologous costal cartilage wasn’t as noticeable as I thought. I was really worried about it too. There seem to be many people who are scared of autologous costal cartilage surgery, but I really want to say it’s honestly better than you expect. Since I used autologous costal cartilage, my nose won’t drop and I’ll be able to keep this shape, right? Now I’m planning to live without touching my face anymore. Also, when I read posts here, there are a lot of worried posts saying they think their surgery failed, but you only know after time passes. Once the swelling goes down and everything settles, you’ll eventually feel that it wasn’t actually a botched surgery. Time is the medicine, so wait a bit.
