Nose surgery felt scary, and I wanted a place where I could improve my concerns without too much burden, so I got a recommendation from an acquaintance and went for a consultation. The method they recommended was a bit more burdensome than the budget I could spend, so when I told them, they adjusted the treatment direction to fit that, which I appreciated. There was no feeling at all that they were forcing or pushing a procedure, and instead they carefully explained the parts I was curious about and even the areas that needed improvement, so it was a good consultation that did not feel burdensome.
