This is my six-month rhinoplasty review. It has been about three months since the surgery, and overall it has become much more natural. At first, the swelling, soreness, and firmness at the tip were a little bothersome, but it definitely became more comfortable with time.
The major swelling and bruising began to subside around the second week, and that was when the nasal line gradually started to show. Now the bridge does not look excessively high and feels naturally refined to suit my face, so I am satisfied. The tip also seems to have settled naturally without looking overly lifted or burdensome.
What I am personally happiest about is that my nose looks less spread out from the front. My overall impression looks cleaner and more polished. People around me often said that I looked naturally refined, and I am even more satisfied because it does not obviously look operated on.
The tip is not completely soft yet and still feels slightly firm, but as I was told during the consultation, I expect it to soften more naturally over time, so I am not too worried. Daily life is almost completely comfortable, and the scar is not noticeable enough to bother me.
Overall, I think it was a good choice to design the nose to suit my face without making it excessively high or being too greedy from the initial consultation. At six months, I am satisfied that it looks natural and has settled in well.
For anyone considering rhinoplasty, I think naturally refining the nose within what suits your own face ultimately gives greater satisfaction than making it dramatically high.

More than anything, as time passes, I increasingly feel that I made the right decision to have surgery. I was worried at times because of the swelling at first, but after about three months, the overall line had stabilized and I was satisfied.
Even in photos, both the front and side views look much cleaner than before, and I feel that my overall impression has improved as the center of my face became more refined. I like it even more because it is a nose that naturally suits my face rather than one that looks excessively operated on.
People around me have said things like “Your impression has improved” and “You look much cleaner” more often than that I had changed too drastically, which makes me even more satisfied. The areas I worried about before surgery feel naturally improved, so overall I think I made a good choice.
The recovery process is not completely finished yet, but I am already sufficiently satisfied with the current state and look forward to it becoming even more natural. Overall, the consultation, surgery, and recovery seem to have gone smoothly, and I am satisfied with the result.
