Even before my first surgery, I had a small nose. But even after surgery, I could not notice much change; rather, perhaps because the tip had been raised too aggressively, only my nostrils were visible from the front, which really bothered me.
A year ago, I went to [Clinic A] for a revision consultation because I was considering another surgery, but it had not been long since my first operation, so I did not have the courage to do it then. I liked Dr. Cha’s warm atmosphere and professional advice even at that time, but I really could not bring myself to have surgery.
Even after a year, I was very unhappy with my nose, and the tip still had not come down, so I went back to see Dr. Myung-gyu Cha at [Clinic A], ready to book the surgery immediately. I was considering revision without an implant, and Dr. Cha immediately confirmed that it was possible. He said that because my columella was short and tight, he would lengthen it as much as possible during surgery and recreate the nasal line in the photo I showed him.
However, he also told me not to be too greedy about increasing the height since it would be an implant-free revision. I found that honesty very reassuring. I had always loved the look of Dr. Cha’s nasal tips while reading reviews, and since he said it was possible for me too, I felt there was no reason not to have the revision.
The result is not dramatic because it was implant-free, but the tip angle is perfect, the side profile has a great line, and the bluntness of the tip visible in my previous photos has completely disappeared from the front. Nose surgery can have a huge difference in results from a tiny detail, and Dr. Cha at [Clinic A] really is a master of revision surgery
