I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Ji-hwan Lee at [Clinic A]! In my first surgery, silicone was used for the bridge and septal and ear cartilage for the tip, but I disliked the pressure from the silicone and how sharply pointed the tip looked… On top of that, the cartilage at the tip became visible, so I searched for a clinic that does natural-looking work and had my revision at [Clinic A]! This time, the silicone bridge implant was removed, ear cartilage was used for the tip without an implant, and the step between the tip and bridge was filled with septal cartilage~ It has only been one month, so there is still swelling, but I like that the tip seems to have turned out round as I hoped!
