Gums receded after double-jaw surgery

I’m 31 months post-op.

The gums around my molars have receded, so they feel sensitive every time I drink water.

I feel like I’ve become an old person. I can’t eat or drink cold water, ice cream, etc. I also feel pain with hot things, so I can’t have those either. Always only lukewarm things...

My nasolabial folds got worse, my philtrum got longer, and I ended up with a monkey-like look. Marionette lines appeared. I only had about 6 mm of setback. Besides that, the most serious issue is that my left upper lip, the upper lip on one side, has become extremely thin, whether from muscle atrophy or because it was tied incorrectly, and the right side of my lower lip rolls inward, so the shape of my lips has become deformed.

I went there because the before-and-after photos of lip shape looked the prettiest.

The director just talks smoothly, and thanks to the side effects, I’ve developed an eye for judging doctors.

You absolutely should not have double-jaw surgery multiple times, and you need to know that even just one surgery, even with a small movement, can leave you like me.

There’s no way to check whether I had proxy surgery like Kim Dae-hee or what happened.
