I should have done it earlier. My first orthodontic treatment did turn out well, but I had unexplained shoulder stiffness and overall body asymmetry. Actually, the shoulder stiffness was because of the body asymmetry. I had re-orthodontic treatment at an orthodontic dental clinic that also treats temporomandibular joint correction, and my body asymmetry disappeared, along with the shoulder stiffness, the different stimulation I felt in each leg after exercising, and so on. My teeth also became very straight. Since orthodontic treatment moves the jaw, it really is true that the temporomandibular joint should be checked together. I thought about it for two or three years before doing it, and now I'm almost done with treatment. I do wish I had done it much sooner, but I'm glad I did it even now.
