I wanted to show the current shape as clearly as possible, so I took the photo with the back camera, and my pores look huge...^^ lol I had filler in my nasal bridge five years ago because of a dorsal hump, but the tip kept dropping and the hump gradually became visible again, so I decided on surgery. I did not want more filler or silicone, so I had non-implant rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]. They used ear cartilage. I also deliberated about using rib cartilage, but Dr. Oh Seung-il said ear cartilage would be fine. I also had a septal extension graft, so the shape of the tip was adjusted again. It has been eight days since surgery. People around me say this means I have relatively little swelling—is that right?? I like it because it changed in a natural-looking way.
