I had been deliberating a lot because of my bulbous nose and dorsal hump, but I decided to have surgery because I wanted to improve my overall nasal contour. The hump reduction osteotomy refined my nasal bridge and corrected the bulbous nose very well, so I am extremely satisfied. I only raised the tip with ear cartilage, but the contour actually looks higher than before, which I am also very happy with!
