I am leaving a successful surgery review in case it helps anyone researching revision rhinoplasty, even a little! After my first surgery, inflammation developed, but I could not deal with it in time, so my nose gradually became more upturned and hard. I was so stressed that I felt I was going crazy every time I looked in the mirror, and I even started avoiding people. When various doctors saw the condition of my nose, they either said the difficulty was too high or quoted an absurd price, so I had almost given up. Then, feeling that this was my last chance, I booked a consultation at Banporium Plastic Surgery. The doctor examined my nose very carefully and clearly explained the cause of the contracture and how it would be corrected. Rather than saying that everything was possible, the doctor objectively explained the limits and what could be improved, which made me trust the doctor even more. The staff and doctor understood how much emotional distress I had gone through, and I was deeply moved. I was extremely nervous on the surgery day, but they took good care of me and everything finished safely. Several months have now passed, and the previously upturned tip has descended naturally. The hard tissue has also become much softer, and I can now breathe comfortably and naturally. People around me say my impression has become much softer and prettier and keep asking where I had it done I keenly realized that revision surgery for a contracted nose must be done by a doctor with extensive experience. I am so, so happy that my nostrils do not look protruding even from the front
