A friend had surgery here, so I visited. It was my second time going around for consultations, and I did not have much information at the time, but they explained things well so it was easy to understand. They were a little blunt, but they answered everything so all my questions could be resolved, and I liked that they spent more time than I expected on the consultation. Honestly, I thought they would just give me a quick look, but they explained things in a personalized way and even did a CT scan, so they checked my septum too. The consultation manager was also kind. Unfortunately, they said my nose itself would not show a large difference before and after, so I did not schedule surgery, but in terms of the consultation itself, they explained it in the most tailored way.
