Hello. I had male nose surgery (nasal bridge: silicone, nasal support: autologous costal cartilage), as well as hump nose correction and osteotomy. Now my nose is leaning to one side, my airway is blocked, and additionally the cartilage is visible through the nasal tip area. When I search on Naver for “difficulty breathing after nose surgery,” it looks identical to the photo in the AI briefing that appears at the top. I went to the hospital where I had the surgery for a consultation, and they said it seems to be because my autologous costal cartilage is thick. They said that after 6 months, they could shave down the autologous costal cartilage on the side where the airway is blocked. But I wanted to ask whether anyone has experienced something like this, so I’m writing this post.
