I had surgery 12 years ago. They used septal cartilage and silicone, and even from the first surgery I had a slight indentation on the right nasal bridge. When I went back to the clinic then, they said the options were either to fill it with filler or open the nose again, but since it would be a major operation, I said I would just live with the slight indentation. But now the boundary is clearly visible. It has been 12 years, and I do think I have used this nose well all this time and that my nose is pretty, but because the silicone and cartilage have separated and a step has formed at the boundary
