Honestly, it was the worst. They were nice only at first, then after the surgery when my nose started getting blocked, they acted like I should just live with one side being blocked, and when I got scar tissue that made things bumpy, they brushed it off by saying it wasn’t that serious. I had the surgery using my own tissue, but then my nose started pulling and became a saddle nose. I’m looking into revision surgery because it feels like it could collapse any minute. It seems like costal cartilage is absolutely necessary for septal reconstruction, but I chose this place because I didn’t want to use rib cartilage, and everything just fell apart. Honestly, if it were going to be like this, I wouldn’t have done it. They kept saying it would never collapse, but my life has become extremely hard. I’m trying to find a way, wondering whether I have to take rib cartilage too, but they ignore me completely and won’t even meet me.
