This is a place where I wish the director had just a little more manners.. They pursue a natural nose, and since my septum is small and my ears are small too, I was told I would definitely need rib cartilage, but here they said there was no need to make it unnecessarily high, so they would use only ear cartilage without rib cartilage. The director's style is to keep things natural, use as little material as possible, and talk a lot about procedures related to simply cutting or tying. Their professionalism
