It has already been 2 months since I had nose surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery. After my previous surgery, my nose became crooked and the tip turned up, which caused me a lot of stress. This time, during the revision surgery, I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage to bring the tip down, and I also had a custom silicone implant for the bridge, alar reduction, and osteotomy. After about 2 months, thanks to the osteotomy, the bridge line looks slimmer than before, and as the lowered tip has settled in, my overall impression feels calmer too. The scar from the alar reduction is barely visible, so it does not show even when I put on makeup. Since it has only been 2 months, there is still some swelling in the tip, so it feels a little high and blunt, but I think that will go down with more time, so I am just waiting comfortably. I was very worried about contracture, but for now I am glad the lifted nose has come down. Once more swelling goes down later, I am looking forward to the line becoming even more refined.

My nasal bridge wasn’t completely flat, so I felt quite hesitant about putting in silicone from the start. I was worried that if it was raised too much for no reason, it wouldn’t suit my face, and that my nose would look obviously operated

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 8 Sharing the results of surgery after choosing very carefully
I was a revision surgery case, and I chose the first clinic after thinking I had selected it carefully, but I really didn’t like the result, so I decided to have revision surgery. Having revision surgery itself was something I really hated
