I was a revision surgery case, and I chose the first clinic after thinking I had selected it carefully, but I really didn’t like the result, so I decided to have revision surgery. Having revision surgery itself was something I really hated and found upsetting, but I didn’t feel confident living with this nose, so I started choosing a clinic very strictly. Basically, I only looked for doctors who had performed rhinoplasty for over 20 years, doctors with a lot of experience in revision rhinoplasty, and doctors who set a fixed number of surgeries per day. I seriously hate factory-style clinics. Because of that, the clinics I could go to were narrowed down, and I went for consultations at O&Young, Jungwoo, and Miho. In the end, I decided to have surgery with Director Lee Kyu-ho at O&Young. I set strict criteria and chose a clinic, and to explain a few reasons why I chose O&Young: they explained the surgical method, materials, and postoperative appearance in an easy-to-understand way. Maybe because the director himself had a gentle manner, I was able to talk about my concerns comfortably, and he also listened well to my concerns. I also liked how he tried to explain easily why my nose had ended up looking that way and how the revision rhinoplasty should be done. He had a gentle feel, but also strong pride in his work, so I guess I was really drawn to that. It’s been about a year since the surgery now, and I’m really satisfied. Before surgery, my nose was short, and as time passed, the nasal tip kept turning upward, which was honestly so stressful. Ha... Around one month after the revision surgery, the angle of the nasal tip came down, the line changed naturally, and it became an elegant straight-with-slight-curve profile, which was exactly the vibe I wanted. I honestly felt like bowing toward the clinic every morning. Personally, having revision surgery felt somehow like a failure in life, so I kept holding out, but I ended up choosing pretty carefully and having the surgery. It’s been about a year, and my satisfaction is still high, so I’m leaving a review before I go lol

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
