4-month review after surgery at the clinic

It’s now been 4 months since I had my first rhinoplasty at the clinic using autologous costal cartilage! I had it done without an implant, mainly focusing on the nasal tip, and the bridge was refined just slightly. Even at the 1-month mark, I felt it looked good, but now it has definitely become more natural. As more swelling went down, the line feels much more refined. Especially the nasal tip feels less blunt than at first and a bit slimmer? But it’s not noticeably thin; it just looks naturally refined, so I like it. At first, it felt a bit like it wasn’t my nose, but now I barely think about it and it just feels like my own nose. I was a little worried at first about using autologous costal cartilage, but looking back now, I think I made the right choice. The shape feels stable and well maintained, and I like that it doesn’t look artificial. Of course, there’s no bruising like there was at the 1-month mark, and it just feels like everything has settled naturally. Since I’ve continued managing the columellar scar and the autologous costal cartilage donor area, they’re fading. Especially the columellar scar is hardly visible.
