It has been 20 weeks, and my retainer broke, so I need to go to the dentist to either get orthodontic treatment again or get a new retainer. Should I tell them that I had the implant removed? My nose still feels a bit bruised and uncomfortable when I open my mouth wide. The removal clinic did say dental treatment would be possible, but I am hesitating because it feels awkward to bring it up.
