Nose Re-Surgery

I’ve decided on a few clinics for revision rhinoplasty, can you check for red flags?

About 10 years ago I had silicone + septal cartilage, and even at the first surgery the silicone was asymmetrical and if I touched it, it felt like it moved a bit? That’s how it was.. When I told the doctor, they said it was because there was original asymmetry and that some movement was normal, so I believed them because I was young. It’s not really contracted yet, but the silicone has clearly shifted to the right, and when photos are taken from below, the nasal tip is also bent to the right lol Sigh... This time I want to remove the silicone completely and lower the tip too, to make it a bit rounder. If possible, I’m also planning to reduce the alar base. For now, I’ve booked consultations at two places: ㅂㅌㅇ (ㅇㅈㅎ) and ㄹㅇㅈ (ㅇㅈㅌ) Does anyone know if either place has red flags or any reported complications? Honestly, once I take it out this time, I never want to be stressed about my nose again, and I don’t want to open it up again
