I'm curious whether it feels like the nasal bridge is tight, or whether it feels like the philtrum or the columella, or the base of the nose, is being pulled. Recently I've 계속 had this feeling of pulling and tightening in the area from the base of the nose to the philtrum. I don't notice it when I'm just sitting still, but I do feel a slight tightness even when moving my mouth. If anyone has gone through chronic inflammation, could you tell me where you felt the tightness symptoms, and whether you also had pulling near the base of the nose or philtrum like I do
