I came in for a consultation because I wanted to remove everything due to the cartilage showing at the tip of my nose and it getting pointier. They said the pointiness at the nasal tip was due to the septal cartilage, and that there were no complications such as contracture or inflammation. I also said I wanted to remove the silicone in case it became a problem later, and they gave me two options: 1) remove only the silicone and do a revision, or 2) remove everything. A revision would go over budget, and there would be a step-off, the nasal tip...
