When I looked at YouTube or the homepage, it seemed like they specialized in revision surgery and were confident with difficult operations, so I went in for a consultation after thinking about it a lot. I'd been to several nose surgery consultations, but this was the first doctor who had such basic lack of courtesy toward people.
