My hump was pretty severe, so I ended up getting surgery. I found a lot of reviews here in my own way, but there did not seem to be many reviews about male nose surgery, so I am posting this in case it helps. I had the hump, bridge, and tip done together, and I did not use an implant. The steps seem to have been aligned pretty well, and I think the bridge looks much cleaner. People around me say I have a slightly Koo Kyo-hwan vibe, but maybe a little?
