First of all, I liked that they were very honest and did not try to push anything. They seem to do surgery conservatively, with a safety-first vibe.
That said, the explanation was a bit disappointing and they did not seem very proactive. The reviews said they were kind, but I did not really feel that. They asked whether I had already consulted elsewhere, and when I said yes, they seemed to skip over the explanation very quickly
Still, I thought there must be a reason they have stayed there for 20 years, so I went ahead with the consultation request. The facility is old, but the fact that there is one lead surgeon and they are straightforward without exaggeration is something I really liked.
