Since I was a baby I wore a jaw correction device, and in middle school the dentist told me that I would need double-jaw surgery once I became an adult. At a glance it does not look obvious, but when I take photos the asymmetry is severe My face is really tiny to the point of almost disappearing, but only my jaw was asymmetrical. After one year of orthodontic treatment, I had double-jaw surgery, then finished with another year of orthodontic treatment! I was going to remove the pins, but I did not like having so many surgeries, so I just left them in and have been living with them! There has been no inflammatory reaction so far haha. But they said the pins are fine even if they stay in the body, so I am just leaving them.. Of course, the downside is that they show up very clearly on X-rays The problem is that I still have asymmetry. When I raise my head, my jaw is asymmetrical, but they said there is no problem with the surgery. I am planning to try manual therapy ㅎㄹ
