I am in my first year of orthodontic treatment, but whenever they change the wire, it still hurts and I cannot eat. T_T How did everyone get through it? Brushing my teeth is hard too, and it aches every time it touches. My teeth have been aligned, but there is still some empty space left, so I do not even notice much change in appearance. It hurts, so I feel so sad.
