4-Month Review of Double Jaw + Contouring Surgery | Natural Changes and Recovery Process

It has been 4 months since I had double jaw surgery + square jaw + chin surgery (double osteotomy) because I was worried about a weak chin, protruding mouth, and malocclusion. At 4 months now, the big swelling has gone down and the overall face line has become more refined, and I am especially satisfied with the improved lower-face proportions. People around me say my impression looks softer and that I look younger. There is still some residual swelling, so I think more time is needed before everything fully settles, but overall I am positive about it. I felt that double jaw surgery is a procedure that requires enough consultation and preparation, and I recommend proceeding only after researching carefully.
