After my first round of hospital visits, I went to [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. [Clinic A]: only nostril reduction [Clinic B]: nostril reduction + cartilage binding (they said it would be effective) So I started wondering whether cartilage binding was really necessary, and decided to visit other hospitals. At that time, I was thinking that if another place just told me to do nostril reduction, I would do it at [Clinic A], and if cartilage binding was also necessary, I would do it at [Clinic B]... I had no idea I would hear such different opinions everywhere
1. [Clinic C]: tip muscle removal + hump + bridge cartilage graft + costal cartilage at the tip Consultation fee: 10,000 won CT -> coordinator (just the parts I wanted, briefly) -> doctor -> coordinator (just money and schedule) The doctor was very kind and the consultation was professional and detailed!! They looked at how much my septum was on CT, took a photo right away, connected it to the PC, and even used Photoshop to shape the nose line for me. What stood out was that they told me something new. When I smile, the tip of my nose comes down a bit and looks like a hooked nose, and they said that was because of the muscle, so that muscle needs to be cut. But they said they would not cut all of it, only enough so it could still move, and they wanted to raise the tip much more than I had expected. But I thought it would turn out so pretty that I worried about this place a lot too (The doctor seems to like a somewhat elegant line!! But I prefer a natural look!!)
4. [Clinic D]: tip ear cartilage + hump correction Consultation fee: none coordinator -> doctor (without coordinator) -> coordinator During the coordinator consultation, they took photos of how I looked from the front, side, and bottom Even without me mentioning the hump, everyone was already recommending correcting the hump too, haha The doctor was kind, and here too it felt like raising the tip was more important than reducing the nostrils. They said to fix the tip first, then if the nostrils still bother me afterward, reduce them. They do not recommend rib cartilage from the start.. Since they said that if the tip is done with ear cartilage there is a high chance it could drop later, I am not considering this place because of that!! I want to finish everything at once So what should I do.. For now I booked a second consultation with [Clinic B] again, and I’m planning to go to [Clinic E] too
