I went around for consultations for my younger brother's nose, and each hospital recommended a different material. One place says ear cartilage, another says septal cartilage. Which is better? My brother has a pronounced hump and a large nose, and he wants to refine it without silicone and raise only the tip. I think it will be important to make it smooth without any step-off. My brother seems more drawn to GNG because it had decent reviews for male noses. Ear cartilage seems good because it looks natural, but septal cartilage might be sturdier too..
