It has been 8 months since I had a revision using autologous costal cartilage for columella depression and a contracted nose.
Now it feels truly like it was always my original nose, without any awkwardness.
I was curious too, so this time I compared the before-and-after photos from surgery. The tip compression that stressed me out the most, and the columella that seemed to disappear, both seem to have improved well from every angle.
The overall nasal line also fits my face so well that people around me do not even realize I had surgery, and although the nose line looks slightly different depending on the angle, I think that is a natural phenomenon.
Since the condition was not good before, I plan to keep taking good care of the tip for the time being.
