Nose Surgery Reviews

It's already been 2 months since my nose revision.. Time really flies haha

This was my third nose surgery, so I really thought hard and researched a lot Eight years ago I had my first surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and two years ago I had a revision with silicone, but the bulky nose tip feeling still remained, which stressed me out. This time I wanted to definitely improve the bulbous tip and make it slimmer, but I didn't want a nose tip that was too pointed either, so I wanted a naturally glamorous straight line haha. And the old donor site from when I removed the autologous costal cartilage had been left as a sunken scar, so I was really worried about using autologous costal cartilage again Luckily, Director Kang at Nose Lab said the line I wanted would be possible with donated rib cartilage too, so I had silicone for the bridge, donated rib cartilage for the tip, plus nasolabial angle correction and functional nose surgery together haha. If you look at the before photos, the tip was blunt and looked puffy, but now that it's 2 months post-op, my whole image feels completely different.. haha As the swelling went down, the bulbous tip improved a lot and the tip itself became slimmer, which is obvious to see! It's exactly the naturally feminine straight line I wanted, not overdone, so I'm happy haha I think there are a lot of people in this community like me who are considering revision because of a bulbous nose or autologous costal cartilage scar, so I hope this helps even a little I hope everyone looks carefully and definitely succeeds~
