It’s been about two months since my eye and nose surgeries?! For my nose, I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, bulbous-nose correction, and alar reduction! As the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, it seems to be settling into shape. Before surgery, I was very worried about pain and scarring because of the autologous rib cartilage, but it hurt less than expected and recovery was not very difficult. I’m especially satisfied that the area where the rib cartilage was harvested is healing faster and more neatly than I expected. As for the nasal contour, there’s no need to explain—it has settled into exactly the elegant, subtle shape I wanted, so I’m incredibly happy these days. They say it hasn’t completely settled yet, but I already like it. My eyes have also become much more natural as the swelling has gone down and the eye shape has settled. I had incisional ptosis correction, and opening my eyes feels more comfortable and defined. Since I also had medial and lower canthoplasty, my eyes look more open and elongated than before. I’m satisfied because I can see them becoming more natural over time, and people around me have said my eyes look prettier, which makes me feel great~~!! I can clearly see the change before and after surgery, so I really think I made the right decision, haha.
