This was my first nose surgery, and I used costal cartilage because I wanted the result to last without worrying about drooping. I also had bulbous-nose correction, crooked-nose correction, and shortening of the nasal columella! There’s no visible scar, and it looks neat. I really love my nose line now. The two-month and six-month results definitely seem different. They say you have to wait until one year, so I hope there are no more changes. Because of the pain and scar concerns with autologous costal cartilage, I used two layers of donor rib cartilage. I was almost immediately able to return to daily life!!
